Are you interested in publishing but not sure where to begin? Are you looking for a Digital Author Toolkit that covers the process from conception to published paper? And do you want tips on how to prepare, write & submit a quality technical article? If so, this is the session for you.

Learn from IEEE about best practices for scholarly publishing: steps to take before writing a paper, how to develop and submit a manuscript, and what editors and publishers are looking for. The new IEEE code publishing service with Code Ocean and data repository for article-related data will be described. Issues of publishing ethics, plagiarism, and duplicate publishing will also be addressed.

Sponsored by the MIT Libraries and IEEE. Presented by Ruth Wolfish, IEEE Client Services Manager. Lunch provided, registration required.
