Are you writing a graduate thesis in EECS? This workshop will help you understand the MIT thesis requirements, timeline and process. We’ll cover common copyright questions and what you need to know to reuse published material and figures in your thesis (or publish material from your thesis later), as well as best practices for sharing your data and code. We’ll also cover tips for getting organized and using library tools to find background literature.

Presented by the MIT Libraries and the EECS Graduate Office and geared specifically to EECS students, this workshop will save you time and stress no matter where you are in the thesis writing process. Held in Grier B. Light refreshments will be offered.
