Dive into the Archives: Trailblazing MIT Women in Science
Event box
Join Amanda Hawk and Thera Webb from MIT Libraries' Department of Distinctive Collections to learn about their work preserving the histories of MIT women in the archives. One such woman is Katharine Dexter McCormick, a 1904 MIT graduate in Biology, whose achievements are documented in a recent online and physical exhibit curated by Thera (https://digital-exhibits.libraries.mit.edu/s/KDM/page/intro). The event also lands on McCormick's 150th birthday.
