Reproducibility has become a hot topic. In October 2018, a Nature special issue on challenges in irreproducible research noted that "there is growing alarm about results that cannot be reproduced." What do we mean by reproducible or replicable research? What are some ways that you can make your own research reproducible, for yourself and for peer researchers? What are the dimensions of reproducibility for different stages of your work, including data collection, analysis, visualization, interpretation and presentation?

This workshop will give an overview of reproducibility concepts and explore strategies and tools to document, manage and share your work to facilitate reproducible research.
