Learn to use Python and Arcpy, the Arcgis module for automating tasks in Arcgis Pro.  This is a hands on class that requies significant experience with Arcmap and/or Arcgis Pro.  We will be using the Jupyter Notebook and will learn enough Python to effectively use Arcpy.  Experience with Python is not necessary but prior experience writing scripts for Matlab,  R, or Stata is helpful.

Sign up for the workshop, which includes sessions on both 1/23/2020 and 1/24/2020.

The workshop is taught in the GIS and Data Lab in Rotch Library (7-238).

If you don't have an Arcgis Online account, please email gishelp@mit.edu to get one.
